Schofield Library's Amazon Wishlist:

AMAZON.COM

Whenever you purchase something from Amazon.com, start your purchasing session here and Schofield receives at least 4% of the purchase price.

.

When you go to Amazon.com, do you type in Amazon.com or do you have a saved bookmark or link?

In Internet Explorer, you can create a "button" on your menu bar that goes to your most used web sites and Amazon can be one of them.

If you want to create this, use the URL below to put behind it that will take you to the regular Amazon home page but will give Schofield credit behind-the-scenes for anything you purchase.

First, copy and paste the link below into the browser:

http://www.amazon.com/?&tag=scpt-20&camp=211041&creative=374001&linkCode=qs1&adid=0BTFDF7J7SN0G8XRVXY6&

You should end up at the Amazon home page.

Then from the menu, go to Favorites and then Add to Favorites.

When the dialog box pops up, change the Name to be something simple like "Amazon" instead of the text that shows up and then select the folder labeled "Links" and click OK.

You may need to go to View and then Toolbars to make sure the "Links" toolbar is selected. It should then show up and you can click on it anytime to go right to Amazon.

Click here for the instructions with screen shots.

Stop & Shop A+ Rewards Program

Using a Stop & Shop card is now more rewarding because every time you make a purchase at your local Stop & Shop (or order through Pea Pod) using a Stop & Shop Card you can earn dollars to support a child's education at Schofield.  All you have to do is register your Stop & Shop card either online at:  www.stopandshop.com/aplus or via telephone at 1-877-275-2758, and every purchase you make between October 8, 2010 - March 25, 2011 will accrue points that will be credited to an account for Schofield. At the end of each month, the points will be tallied and displayed on the Stop & Shop At website (note above).  Then at the end of the A+ Rewards period next March the total of all the points that have been rewarded will determine the cash payment to Schofield!

This is such an easy fundraiser and we encourage you to tell grandparents, aunts/uncles or friends to register to support Schofield!  Remember, all you have to do is register your Stop & Shop Card at:  www.stopandshop.com/aplus or call 1-877-275-2758.

Occasionally, we will let you know about Extra Credit items on sale at Stop & Shop that will earn extra points for Schofield, but otherwise all you have to do is Stop & Shop!

If you have any questions regarding the program, please do not hesitate to contact Val Buller at valandsteve@comcast.net.
